The main Dharma (duty) of monks is to teach Knowledge and spread the Dharma. And if learning is something that happens within the community, then missionary work (spreading the Dharma) is a kind of ‘expansion’ that always requires new efforts and investments. Missionaries are messengers of the spirit, those who go ‘in the vanguard’ of the community, helping it expand for the benefit of all living beings.

«By preaching the Dharma, we can make the world a better, more tolerant, more educated, more beautiful, more enlightened. This is so understandable that there is no point in even talking about it a lot. Dharma is sattva. And sattva is by default peace, harmony, joy, beauty, prosperity, wisdom, happiness, longevity».

In addition to conducting specialized programs directly in our tradition (open classes, seminars and retreats), another great opportunity to spread the teachings is to participate in all kinds of festivals.
